Religion and WorldViews
Through our learning in Religion and Worldviews, it is our aim to help children develop an understanding of, and respect for, the diverse range of beliefs, values and practices of people of faith and no faith (locally, nationally and globally) in order that they may be able to hold informed and reasoned conversations about religion and belief. We follow the locally agreed syllabus which is designed to promote different 'ways of seeing when considering religion and worldviews through different 'lenses' - theology, philospohy and social science - in order to consider what people believe, how they think, and how they behave as a consequence of their beliefs.
