Last night, the Y6 Football team travelled all the way to the edge of East Yorkshire to play Stamford Bridge School in our latest East Riding Schools Football League matches.
The team was on the front foot for most of the 2 games, with the only exception - an own goal, in game 1.
However, we left undefeated, winning both our games - 2-1 and 3-0. The highlight of the evening, a scissor kick goal (reminiscent of Pele in Escape to Victory) from Alfie Boak!
Well done to the boys and thank you to all our traveling support (who eventually arrived at the correct ground)!
Y6 now take a break until after half term, while our Y5 team play next week, again away to Stamford Bridge.
