Driffield Junior School

"We would like to share with you some information about a group for SEND parents and carers. It originally started through the 0-25 team but they are no longer able to do this so the group has become a parent run group. It is on once a month at the Driffield Hub and is open to all SEND parents and carers. Kids are also welcome as long as they are supervised. There is soft play and toys available for younger ones and snacks and refreshments available. It is a welcoming and friendly place to come along and get to know other people who may be in similar circumstances. There are also professional guests who attend certain dates such as people from healthwatch,sendiass and the children's centre so parents/carers can get more official advice about things they may be going through or have specific questions answered. These will be advertised closer to the time."
